Due to a technical issue, payments scheduled for 9/4/2019 were not processed.  Those transactions are in the process of being cancelled and you will need to re-submit your payment.  If an employer or non-custodial parent has questions or needs to confirm that your payment was cancelled, please contact the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Department at (804) 726-7333.

Custodial Parents and all other customers should continue to call our Customer Service Center toll-free at 1-800-468-8894.
